SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Baskynif, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If your order does not meet your expectations, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled in a clear and fair way, in line with applicable consumer protection rules.

Return Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

The item has not been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
The product remains in a clean and resalable condition.
All original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and included parts are returned with the item.
Proof of purchase is available.
A return request has been submitted and approved before the product is sent back.

Return Request Procedure

Before sending back any product, customers must first contact Baskynif to receive return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may take longer to process and may be refused if they do not meet our return requirements. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping any item back.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

We do our best to check orders before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request quickly, please provide:

Your order number
A detailed explanation of the issue
Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product received
Photos of the packaging, if relevant

After reviewing the information, Baskynif may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement of the item
Full refund
Partial refund
Another suitable resolution depending on the situation

Products Not Eligible for Return

Unless otherwise required by law, the following products may not be eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made products
Items produced according to customer specifications
Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or modification after delivery
Products returned without essential original packaging, labels, accessories, or parts where resale value is affected
Clearance, liquidation, promotional, or final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

At this time, Baskynif does not offer direct product exchanges.

Customers who wish to purchase a different item, size, color, or model may return an eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.

European Union Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Customers residing within the European Union may have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify Baskynif before the withdrawal period expires. Returned goods must be sent back within the timeframe required by applicable legislation and must meet the required return conditions where legally applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

A defective product
A product damaged upon arrival
An incorrect item supplied by Baskynif

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Baskynif cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
Most approved refunds are completed within 10 business days after approval.

Delayed Refunds

If your approved refund has not appeared after 15 business days, please take the following steps:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Reach out to Baskynif customer support for further assistance.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment or shipping process.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the standard return procedure will apply.
